Main objectives of our Product Support Department are to give a global solution to our all customers : Our services cover three main areas: Customer Support, a single focal point to help customers with any type of problem on our products. Technical Support, responsible for all technical operations needed to maintain, modify or repair equipment and improve dispatch reliability. Logistic Support, for spare parts management and distribution, including AOG (aircraft on ground) situations. We deploy an independent MRO (maintenance, repair, overhaul) team, with the resources needed to cover all customer requirements: repair; service by the hour, or total support packages; on-site servicing. All of our repair shops working in the civil sector have been certified to EASA and FAA repair standards. Hispano-Suiza repairs some 5,000 components and subassemblies every year for 85 customers, including more than 60 airlines.
